Students in several classes used their bodies or ropes to create giant demographic transition graphs on the floor of the classroom. Some groups had more success than others. Here is a picture of a group who were asked to use ropes.

ESS 12 Timber!
The ESS class, as part of their studies about population, took part in a role play where each student played the role of a member of one of the interest groups or stake holders in the rain forest of Lautasica. The cups on the floor represent the trees of the forest.
